Molly Harvey-Love

I found Functional Nutrition over 10 years ago, whilst learning to manage my Crohn’s disease.

After experiencing the power of diet and lifestyle medicine for myself, I decided to retrain in naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, followed by the Institute of Functional Medicine based in the US.

I take a food-first approach, optimising the diet to support an individual’s needs and provide what creates balance, most often supported by lifestyle changes and a nutritional supplement routine.

Where relevant, I can also recommend and offer a range of functional testing which can help provide a more detailed assessment of nutritional imbalances or genetic factors.

Joanna Barnes

My passion is for all women to live in their full vitality and to have a deep connection to their body and womb space. The body holds the truth to what we need  and the womb space holds all our creative potential.

I have trained in many bodywork modalities over the years,  my heart has now rested on becoming a specialist in Womb Massage.

Working with the abdomen, sacral & womb area help with energy flow, restoring balance and harmony to the whole body. Massage of the abdominal, sacral and womb areas help to increase the flow of chi, one’s vital life for energy.  It supports the clearing of blockages and stagnant energy held within the tissues of the body while restoring balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

This body & energetic work is particularly beneficial for women with pelvic pain, menstrual issues, sexual/life force disconnect, fertility issues and for women pre to post menopausal.

I run a business called "wild women” for women to come back to their vitality, as well as a business for women going through the menopause called “sacred change”
