This is a 4 week program (to be taken within 6 weeks from booking)

We honour that the loss of a baby or womb can be a difficult time emotionally and hormonally for any woman. During this time a woman’s body needs time to rest, recover and come to terms with loss. This time should be allowed space so a woman can heal, grieve and understand their bodies on a deeper level.

Our Jade nurturing package is for you if:

“New Mums” Nurturing Care Package

This is a 40 day program (to be taken within 8 weeks of booking) 

After a woman has given birth this period is know as postpartum or the 4th trimester.  This time is still revered in many traditions as just as an important time as pregnancy. This is a time when a woman needs to honour her body and give it the time it needs to heal.  Modern mothers are prematurely pushed to “bounce back” and are often left alone to face the physical and emotional challenges of this new stage of their lives.  During this time for recovery 40 days has been traditionally seen as the amount of days a female postpartum body needs to recover and to also give the ‘new’ mother time to connect with her new born. Women experience a whole mind, body and spirit change upon birth and can be left feeling depleted energetically and physically.

Shen Nourishing IVF Care package  

this is designed to be taken within a month/6 weeks before (if you have anymore extra time go for the natural fertility package) 

Assisted conception can be a physically demanding and emotionally taxing journey, often involving many uncertainties. We provide reassurance, guidance, and emotional support tailored to the unique challenges of the IVF process.

Our bespoke package of acupuncture, womb healing and Giga laser treatment can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, regulate hormone levels and alleviate side effects of medication. The Giga Laser may also improve egg quality and ovarian function.

Treatments are to be taken at specific times around the treatment cycle which we will advise at initial consultation but normally: during the stimulation stage, post egg collection, post embryo transfer & during the 2 week wait.
